Pricing and Availability
Regular hours of operation:
- Monday -Thursday, 08.00 – 20.00 (8 AM to 8 PM).
- Friday 08.00 – 16.00 (8 AM to 4 PM).
- Saturday 08.00 – 13.00 (8 AM to 1 PM).
Rates and payment
- All technical services performed during regular operational hours are billed at a standard rate of $65 / hour.
- In-home and on-site service calls have a flat rate of $125, which includes two (2) hours of service and travel time.
- Travel time is billed one way as part of all service offerings.
- Additional service time beyond the initial two hours is billed at $65 / hour.
- Cash, check and credit / debit cards accepted. Checks require two (2) forms of identification, one of which must be a valid driver’s license.
Emergency Service
- Emergency service is available on request, pending technician availability.
- Emergency service is considered any service that is, at customer request, scheduled within twenty-four (24) hours of initial contact or is, at customer request, scheduled outside regular operational hours.
- Emergency service is billed at $100 / hour, minimum two (2) hours, according to technician availability.
- Emergency service requires an initial credit card deposit equal to two (2) hours of service time. Additional charges may be paid via the usual methods.
