Pricing and Availability

Regular hours of operation:

Rates and payment

All technical services performed during regular operational hours are billed at a standard rate of $65 / hour.
In-home and on-site service calls have a flat rate of $125, which includes two (2) hours of service and travel time.
Travel time is billed one way as part of all service offerings.
Additional service time beyond the initial two hours is billed at $65 / hour.
Cash, check and credit / debit cards accepted. Checks require two (2) forms of identification, one of which must be a valid driver’s license.

Emergency Service

Emergency service is available on request, pending technician availability.
Emergency service is considered any service that is, at customer request, scheduled within twenty-four (24) hours of initial contact or is, at customer request, scheduled outside regular operational hours.
Emergency service is billed at $100 / hour, minimum two (2) hours, according to technician availability.
Emergency service requires an initial credit card deposit equal to two (2) hours of service time. Additional charges may be paid via the usual methods.
